Technical implementation of the T-Systems Summer Event 2025
We were responsible for the entire technical implementation of T-Systems' 2025 summer event. Over 20 partner stands were integrated into the exhibition area, which we equipped with power, lighting and media technology. This enabled exhibitors to present their content clearly and engage visitors in conversation.
We set up a stage for the keynotes in the event room. The presentations were framed by a large-scale background wall in print format. In addition, we used coordinated sound and lighting technology to ensure good visibility and intelligibility.
Our services included planning, set-up and support during the event. This ensured that the presentations and partner stands were technically reliable and that the event ran smoothly without any interruptions.
